Security Drop Bar

Xpanda Security manufactures the Security Drop Bar which still remains one of the most effective ways of preventing a door from being forced open from the opposite side. Used in medieval times to secure castle doors the concept is just as relevant today as it was then. Custom built to suit the individual door and jamb it is absolutely tamper proof. Additional locking facilities can be added if required. In the case of fire exits the Security Drop Bar is not lockable but just needs to be knocked upwards out of the clamps that the bar rests in. The steel construction allows for galvanising and powder coating.
