Xpanda Security can supply a polycarbonate roller shutter that provides a practical solution for a number of security applications where aesthetics, high levels of visibility and security would be required. The roller shutters are made to order, to fit any size opening. Constructed with horizontal clear polycarbonate slats, with alternating aluminium joining rails at 120mm centres and optional ventilation holes at the top. Door slats are fitted with nylon end caps to prevent lateral movement in the tracks, thus making for quieter operation, reducing friction and wear and extending the life of the door. The doors can be motorised. Practical applications include shopfronts, reception and bar counters etc.
