Xpanda Security manufactures Fixed Stainless Steel Bollards in any size or length that you may require. Fixed bollards are designed and used as permanent solid fixtures to prevent ram raids. The diameter of the bollards are determined by the risk factor pertaining to the premises to be protected. All sentry style bollards are concreted into the ground to a depth of 400mm. The standard height above ground for fixed bollards is 900mm. The bollards are then filled with concrete to almost the top which greatly increases the impact protection. A matching stainless steel cap is installed on top to give a pleasing finish to the bollard.

When should we choose Fixed Stainless Steel Bollards?

Fixed Stainless Steel Bollards should be used in places where In places where you don’t need removeable bollards for access, fixed bollards are a more cost-efficient option.
They are much stronger than bolt-down bollards and Xpanda’s bollards are much stronger than others because they are filled with concrete also.

Bollards can be powder coated when manufactured, to suit specific requirements of branding or just to suit the building better. Any Dulux Powder-coating colour (although some do cost more than others).

What is an alternative to bollards?

As an alternative to bollards you could enquire about our ram-beams instead. This might be the only option in some cases because of underground services for example, meaning we could not bore at the correct spacing for our bollards.
